Toprise is a China professional manufacturer who produce outdoor waterproof  products including kid raincoat, adult raincoat, dog raincoat ,waterproof cover for 10 years.We have our own sales team that export waterproof products all over the worlds.

Q :What trade terms can be accepted?

FOB,CFR,CIF,CIP,FCA,DDP,DDU

Q: How to ship order?

By express, by air,by sea for choice

Q: What’s minimum order quantity?

Depends on order details. We will do best to support you according your requirement.  

I am not a big buyer, can you support for small quantity? Sure, if have stock. We are pleased.

Q:If I have mix suppliers,can you help together load the container?

Yes,we can help you load different supplier cargo together to be a full container for you.You can use our forwarder or use your own appoint forwarder to book a shipping first.We will arrange you and contact with all your suppliers to delivery the cargo to the same warehouse for loading the container together.

Q :If I have mix suppliers,how to issue the bill of lading?

You can issue one bill of lading for all the suppliers together or make several bill of lading for different suppliers for the same container.

Q:I want to order customized rainwear products if possible?

Yes, we support customized rain wear order. If any special demand, freely to refer us.

Q: Can you help us design the packing?

Yes,we can help you design the packing.We will make a design for you once you have placed order .Before production,we will send you our design for confirmation,after confirmed,we will go ahead order production.

Q: Can you offer us free samples?

Sorry,samples fee will be paid by you but we will directly deduct you sample fee from the order amount once we have received your order in the future.

Q: What is your payment terms?

30%T/T prepaid as deposit and the balance to be paid before delivery.

Q: How can I sure if the order quality is good before my payment?

Business is based on trust.No trust no business. Toprise is increasing our reputation from every customer’s best purchasing experience.We will do inspection for you during production and before delivery and send you inspection photos and inspection report for reference.

Q:When will be your service to be ended?

Our service will not be ended.Even you receive the cargo,we still will offer you after-sales service.If any doubts you meet here,just contact us freely.

Q:When is your company working time?

Our factory work time is Monday- Saturday 7:30 am to 16:30 pm.

Our office work time is Monday-Friday  8:30am to 17:30pm. But we will be on line 24 hours.If any urgent inquiry,call us directly by phone.
